If Spring is here, can fishing be far behind?

The waterfront--no snow and the bubblers doing their job freeing the docks from the ice on Sunday.  But, we have a mean looking forecast for tomorrow, so it looks like things will change...

Part of the forecast reads...Significant freezing rain is expected beginning Thursday afternoon. Snow associated with an approaching storm system is forecast to spread into the regions tonight. The snow will change to ice pellets Thursday morning and then to freezing rain around or just after noon on Thursday. The freezing rain will briefly change to rain on Thursday night before tapering off.....blah, blah, blah

Bring on the "in like a lion, out like a lamb!"
