Splake and Pike

The Poplars Resort in Newboro opened for the season a week ago. The weather has been cool and a bit wet, but the Pike have been biting! The Crappie are beginning too. There have even been some Splake caught this weekend. Usually only caught in deep lakes, these were in 10-15' of water and caught on traditional Pike lures.
