End of July Fishing

As July came to a close we were glad to leave the hot weather behind us.

The fishing is easy and the photos are the proof.  

The lake does get a little choppy once a high pressure front comes in but if you pick your places or work the wind with a good drift you can pick up nice bass. A fast retrieve with a spinnerbait or shallow crankbait in the flats will get a reaction strike or under/beside the pads with a worm or creature bait will bring them out if their strike zone has shrunk.
